BreconRidge Corporation Announces New President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Ottawa, Canada, February 25, 2008 - BreconRidge Corporation, a world class provider of design and manufacturing services for electronic products in the communications, industrial and defense markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cyril McKelvie as President & CEO of the Company, effective immediately.

Mr. McKelvie is one of the co-founders and leaders of the company since its inception in 2001. As such, Mr. McKelvie has an extensive understanding of our customers’ unique requirements, and has been a key driver in the development of BreconRidge’s strategic direction. Mr. McKelvie brings over 20 years of executive management experience in engineering, research and development and telecommunications.

Former President & CEO Bruce Rodgers will be taking a position on the BreconRidge Board of Directors where the company will continue to benefit from his experience, knowledge of the company and the industry, as well as his strategic insight.
