BreconRidge Corporation Announces Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Ottawa, Canada, July 10, 2008 - BreconRidge Corporation, a world class provider of design and manufacturing services for electronic products in the communications, industrial and defense markets, announced today the appointment of Mr. Michael McGuire as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Mr. McGuire will be taking on responsibility for BreconRidge’s sales and marketing globally. With over 20 years of expertise in the dynamic electronic industry including Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Electronic Distribution (ED), Mike brings a growth oriented approach to driving sales, as well as a high level of focus on customer needs and satisfaction.

Mr. McGuire comes to BreconRidge from Celestica (an EMS provider headquartered in Toronto, Canada) where he was Vice President, Sales - Industry and Aerospace/Defense Market Sectors. Prior to Celestica, Mike held the position of Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Plexus Corporation where he was responsible for reshaping and creating the strategic direction of the sales and marketing structure for the organization. Prior to Plexus, Mr. McGuire was Senior Vice President of Sales for Nu Horizons Electronics Corp (an electronics distributor headquartered in Melville, NY).
