Job Title: Die attach operators
Location:  Kanata, ON 

Purpose:

As our business continues to grow within Microelectronics, we have an urgent requirement to fill the roles of Eutectic Die Attach Operators.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembling (wire bond, die-attach) of electronic devices in a clean room ESD protected environment.
• Operate and monitor electronic microscope to fabricate electronic components
• Inspect electronic components and assemblies to ensure adherence to specified requirements
• Check final assembly for finish, labeling and packaging met

Skills/Qualifications/Education:

• Generally requires 26 week college course in Electronics Assembly, with 3-5 years factory experience, in a technical manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and process control.
