Prototyping and New Product Introduction services are offered at BreconRidge’s volume manufacturing facilities in Canada, the United States and China.  Each manufacturing facility possesses common NPI business processes adapted to the specific site capabilities and structure.  As a result, BreconRidge is able to provide NPI services to customers in the region that is most suitable to their requirements. 

By providing prototype and NPI services within the volume manufacturing facilities, BreconRidge ensures a seamless and efficient transition from pre-production to full production volumes.  The BreconRidge design engineering team is co-located with the volume manufacturing organization to ensure a team approach to product development and manufacturing.

This team approach to design and product launch activities ensures that lessons learned in the volume manufacturing environment are incorporated into product designs at the earliest phases.
